But the question I ask myself is: “How can I balance my health with my daily life? Is there ever enough time?” The answer is everywhere, just look at the people around us…they show unmistakable signs of stress and physical fatigue, mentally and spiritually. As a matter a fact, we feel more and more tired, especially the young people at the start of their working career. Continuing through life with more and more responsibility, our health is often sacrificed to keep up with our job, our family, our life.
